Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
These terms and conditions govern Butcher Boy’s Order Cancellation and Reschedule Policy. By placing an order with Butcher Boy, the customer (“You”/”User”) agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Cancellation of Orders
- Scheduled Orders:
Users placing scheduled orders may cancel their orders free of charge if the cancellation request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery slot. Cancellation requests made after this window will result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value. - Express Orders:
Users placing express orders may cancel their orders free of charge within 5 minutes of placing the order. Cancellation requests received after this period will incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value.
Additional Conditions:
- For cancellations due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as incorrect address, being unreachable at the time of delivery, or lack of authorization, Butcher Boy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value.
- For “Pay Online on Delivery” (POD) orders, Butcher Boy reserves the right to recover cancellation fees from subsequent orders.
- In cases where the cancellation is due to reasons attributable to Butcher Boy, no penalties will be applied.
2. Reschedule of Orders
- Scheduled Orders:
Scheduled orders can be rescheduled up to two times, provided the request is made at least 2 hours before the start of the scheduled delivery slot. Rescheduling under these conditions is free of charge. - Express Orders:
Express orders can be rescheduled once, provided the request is made before the order is delivered. Rescheduling under these conditions is free of charge.
3. Amendments
Butcher Boy reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any terms in this policy at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates. Continuing to use our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
